Charlie Parr Memorial Scholarship
The Charlie Parr Memorial Scholarship works to make life-changing fly fishing adventures available to all teenagers. The scholarship will be applied to the cost of a Lillard Fly Fishing Expeditions adventure.

After the program, the recipient will be required to submit a 500 word reflection on their experience.
